Q. How can I order an item?
A. At this time, the only way to order something is to Contact Us & tell us which item you want & to include your mailing address, & we will give you ours to send a check to L&L Productions.
 
Q. How do I join the mailing list?
A. To join the mailing list you must go to the homepage, & you will see a small box at the bottom of the page that says "Join The Mailing List" you must enter your email & there will be a pop-up that gives you instructions.
 
Q.How do I unsubscribe from the mailing list?
A. If you are subscribed to the mailing list, at the bottom of every email, there are directions on how to unsubscribe. To unsubscribe from the catalog, please contact us.
 
Q. How do I join the Birthday Club?
A. If you sign up for our Newsletter, it gives you an option to enter your birthday, & if you enter it, you are automatically subscribed.
 
Q. How do I unsubscribe from the birthday club?
A. To unubscribe from the birthday club, at the bottom of every email on the L&L Newsletter, it gives you the option to Manage Your Account, & you could erase your birthday. Then, you are removed from the Birthday Club.
 
Q. Do you have a store?
A. At this time we do not have a store, we are an online business at this time. Though in the future we do wish to have a store.

Q. Shipping charges???????
A. Shipping cost $3.50. Though, on orders over $50, you get free shipping!
 
Q. What if my product brakes or rips?
A. If your product brakes, you can contact us, and give us your order number that you will recieve after you make a purchase. We will send you our address so you can mail it back, and we will fix it or make you a new one.
 
Q. Is L&L Productions a trusted company?
A. We, at L&L Productions can guarantee that you are safe with us. We do not share, sell, or rent any of your information with third parties.

Q. What type of crafting do you do?
A. We knit, crochet, & sew.

Q. What are the A's For Autism?
A. The A's for Autism are magnets that are shaped like A's that donate to Autism. One of the L's in L&L Productions; Logan, has a little brother with Autism. It has made us realize that we need to help by donating money.
 
Q. Why is the Company called L&L Productions?
A. The company is called L&L Productions because the company owners; Lisa and Logan, their names both start with L. They could not decide which name should go first! So they came up with a name that was fair for both of them; L&L Productions.

Q. How long will it take to receive my item?
A. It will take about five business days.

Q. Can I Return An Item?
A. Of course you can! Though you cannot return it after 2 weeks. If your product brakes or rips, you can send it back to L&L Productions so that we can fix it. You can not return it if it has damage.
